RETURNS/ REFUNDS

Due to Christmas Time, for all orders placed online in December, the return period will be extended until January 15th.
This is an extension of the normal returns/ refunds policy to return goods within 14 days from the receipt of order.

REFUND TIME FRAME:

Once the refund has been approved, this will be issued with the same payment method.
Please note that refunds for orders returned in December may be issued with a slight delay.
